If you forgot your password:

1. In your web browser’s address bar, type the URL where your Parallels Plesk Panel is located. For example, https://www.terra.com.cn:8443.

2. Press ENTER.

Parallels Plesk Panel login screen will open.

3. Click the Forgot your password? link.

4. Type your e-mail address into the Login and E-mail boxes.

5. Click OK.

Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
